Your New Opportunity:
An excellent full time, permanent opportunity exists for a Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team based at our Wacol, National Parts Distribution Centre where you will support the parts supply chain team.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Provide Customer Service support to the dealers / branches with their parts technical enquiries of Engine, Transmission and Chassis related components.
- Liaise with our OEM Partners to provide solutions to parts technical queries that are unable to be resolved internally.
- Liaise with other internal departments to provide customer responses in terms of vendor availability, creation of new part numbers, tracking of outstanding orders.
- Liaise with PDC staff regarding any order amendments, shipment receipt timelines, report any issues or customer concerns.
- Implementation of standardised answers to FAQ's and use of the CRM database.
- Provide support in the IDS Inventory and Freight Management Systems
About You:
- To display a strong customer service ethos
- Knowledge / background in heavy duty truck and / or heavy duty engine
- Ability to apply appropriate problem solving techniques to analyse situations and communicate in a positive manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both dealers and fellow team members.
- Willingness and ability to work with computer operating systems (IDS, ERA and CRM)
