Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has risen for a passionate Branch/Service Administrator to join our team in Hazelmere.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Service Team and the wider branch operation.
In this role you will:
- Conducting administrative support to service operations.
- Processing of employee pays, including timecard reconciliation and job task allocations.
- Timely collation and processing of all branch documentation including timesheets (Kronos), pre-starts, job sheets.
- Ensure that all invoices are checked and approved and receipted into company systems.
- Organise team off site training and processing of internal training records.
- Timely co-ordination, validation and processing of purchase orders, client & supplier invoicing, and site access requirements
- Maintain personnel rosters in co-ordination with the Service Manager
- Organise travel and accommodation bookings for relevant branch personnel.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and championing the PENSKE brand.
- As and when required aid in general Branch Administrative duties.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar service administrative function within an industrial business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines.
- Great problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work unsupervised or with limited direction.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism to act with integrity and always maintain confidentiality.
