Parts Administrator | Perth

Job Description

As a Parts Administrator, you will be crucial in supporting the parts department and customers. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure our parts operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will:

• Accurate receipting of Parts stock and liaise with Warehouse to ensure Parts orders are processed in a timely manner
• Maintaining and processing of supplier invoices and ensuring all records are current and paid
• Monitor parts inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Manage traffic flow including uploading of quotes, invoices into the system
• Assist with Parts, Service and Reception overflow calls 
• Actively support Warehouse and Inventory Manager with data entry with daily cycle counts and annual stocktake. 
• Provide HSE and Quality Admin support for the Perth Branch 
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

About you:

• Previous experience in a branch or dealership administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems; ERA or Ariba and MS Office Suite
• A passion for the automotive industry
• Current driver's license.
